How Do I Order Something?
On each Sports Team jacket page, you’ll find an “Add to Cart” button. Simply click that button and you will be taken to the shopping cart, where you will fill out your personal information, shipping and payment information. All transactions at Sports Team Jackets are secure and encrypted with the latest in SSL technology, so your private and financial information are completely secure.
How Do I Order Via Fax Or Telephone?
You can place Sports Team Jackets orders via fax or phone. Orders can be placed over the phone by calling B & W Merchandising, Inc. toll free number 1-877-650-2880 or by e-faxing your order to 1-877-650-2880.
Can You Send Me A Printed Catalog?
We're sorry but unfortunately not. All of our products are showcased on our website, and we do not provide hard copy catalogs of our Sports Team Jackets at this time.
Are All Your Products Available Now?
Most of our Sports Team Jackets are available on demand. Occasionally, due to the high demand and/or popularity of particular Sports Teams, there may be a chance that what you have ordered may be out of stock. In this case, we will let you know and give you an estimated time for your jacket's availability. If you choose not to wait, we will promptly refund your money. Please be assured, however, that we will do everything we can to fulfill our customer's request.
How Do I Know My Order Got Processed Through the Shopping Cart?
Sports Team Jackets will send you a confirmation e-mail once your order has been processed through our online shopping cart.

What Kinds of Payments Do You Accept?
Through the website, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit card payments. We also accept PayPal and eChecks. If you would rather purchase your Sports Team Jacket with a cashiers check, money order or personal check, you may do so by faxing your order to Sports Team Jackets at 1-877-650-2880. Once your order is received, we will calculate the shipping/handling costs and communicate the final amount due to you. When your payment has cleared, your order will be shipped. Please allow a 14 day clearing period for personal checks.
Do I Have To Pay Tax on My Order?
All orders shipped to the state of Nevada are subject to the state tax appropriate to the county in which you reside. All other orders to destinations other than Nevada are exempt from sales tax.

We offer free shipping for orders over $350.00 in the United States, within the 48 states (not Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico).
The shipping and handling costs are based on amount of purchase.
Shipping costs are as follows:
$0.00 - $129.95 = $15.50
$129.96 - $189.95 = $19.00
$189.96 - $249.95 = $22.50
$249.96 - $309.95 = $26.00
$309.96 - $350.00 = $30.50
$350.01 and more = FREE
Can You Ship Outside of the United States?
At this time, Sports Team Jackets is only shipping to addresses in the United States and Canada through our website. If you have a specific need outside of these two countries, please email us by clicking here and we can manually process your order.
How are your products shipped?
Our products are shipped either by FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or USPS.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Some of our products can be shipped outside the United States. Shipping costs and delivery time will vary. If you live outside of the United States, you must email us for a shipping quote before placing your order. Your email must contain your complete address and desired product(s).
How Will I Know When My Order Actually Ships?
When your order is processed and enters the shipping system, you will receive an e-mail containing the delivery information and tracking number. Orders are shipped directly from our different distribution centers and you will receive detailed information about where it is shipping from along with specific tracking information.
What Are My Shipping Options?
Sports Team Jackets uses UPS ground as the default shipping method, but also provides expedited shipping for special circumstances. We also ship via Fed Ex ground and USPS. We offer free shipping on all orders over$350.00 for orders within the 48 states (not Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico).
Exchanges & Refunds
What is Your Exchange Policy?
We believe in our Jackets and we stand by them 100%. If you aren’t happy with your Jacket or if it has a defect, you may exchange the Jacket (the jacket must be in original packaging) within 7 days of receiving it. Please contact us for an exchange authorization number and shipping instructions. The product needs to be returned within 7 days of receiving authorization. Unfortunately, special/custom orders can not be exchanged or refunded.
What Is Your Refund Policy?
First, we’d really like you to be happy and satisfied when you get your Sports Team Jacket!
So, if for some reason the Jacket does not meet your expectations we will either refund your money or work with you to find a Jacket to meet your needs.
In order to receive a refund, there are some steps you must take.
PLEASE inspect all merchandise upon delivery.
We must approve all returns before you return them.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your jacket by e-mailing us at B_and_W_MerchandisingCorp@ureach.com
Please include the reason you wish to return the jacket and include your phone number and a valid address.
If the jacket you received was defective or miss-shipped, a FULL refund or exchange will be issued.
Non-defective merchandise returned will be subject to a $25.00 restocking fee and shipping costs will not be refunded.
Once your request has been processed, you will receive a return authorization number which you will need to include when you ship the items back to us.
Returns can’t be accepted without this authorization number, so please remember to take that step first.
Products must be returned in original condition, in the original packaging within 7 days of receiving your authorization number.
Once we receive the returns, we will promptly refund your payment less any shipping costs.
If you qualified for free shipping, we will deduct the costs we incurred to ship the products to you.
Remember, we must approve all returns before you return them. You must file a claim within 7 days of receipt. If you do not file a claim within 7 days, the claim will not be accepted.
Order Changes or Cancellations
How Do I Change My Order?
Orders can only be changed within the first 24 hours so call us at 1-877-650-2880 as soon as you can! Once the order has been processed or shipped it is out of our hands ~ so call quickly. We’ll do our best to pull the order and make your changes, but no guarantees.
How Do I Cancel My Order?
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours and only if you act quickly! If the order has already been processed or shipped, there is no way to intervene and cancel it. Once the order has been pulled from the shelves there will be a $25.00 restocking fee. Please call our toll-free number immediately ( 1-877-650-2880 ) or email us at B_and_W_MerchandisingCorp@ureach.com if you want to cancel and we’ll do our best to stop the order for you, but can't make any promises.
